We are looking for self-driven and competent individuals to join our Recovery team as a Collections Specialist! Everyone is not cut out to be a collections specialist, this is a tough job but the rewards strongly outweighs challenges and adversity faced in the role. As a collector, your main responsibility is to make outbound calls, find solutions, and recover assets for clients. This is an entry level position which all collectors (experienced or not) will start when joining the Wilber team.  You should expect to spend a good amount of time being guided and trained by a supervisor and a mentor.  Will be regularly monitored and audited to assure proper training in the company policy and work standards.

At Wilber, Subrogation Specialist start off at $16 per hour ($17 if bilingual) including generous commissions and bonus incentives.
