Our support team is looking for driven and humble individuals with administrative skills to join our mission. If hired, your main goal will be to strengthen our production team by assisting them to reach their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. This role is computer-based with no phone requirement. Insurance knowledge is also a plus but not required. This is a fully trainable position.

Education Required:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
