Quality Assurance Agent (Skip-tracing)

Our Quality Assurance Team is looking to fill a Quality Assurance Agent position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position does not require insurance knowledge/experience - we will train you on everything you need to know. You will be part of a team working to verify location of information, ensure quality of contact information, and obtain right party contacts made via skip-tracing. Responsibilities:

Perform searches for updated contact information
Complete client specific skip-tracing requests to maintain data integrity
Use industry specific software to maintain accurate information
General file maintenance to ensure accurate information on claims

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Qualifications:

Ability to think outside of the box
Phone etiquette and computer skills
Investigative and problem solving skills
Basic insurance knowledge
Work well in fast-paced environment
Precise attention to detail
Demonstrates initiative and good judgment
