Subrogation Collector
Our Claims Recovery team is looking to fill an in-person entry-level Subrogation Collector position in our Bloomington, IL office. You will be part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims for our community. At Wilber, entry-level Collections Representatives can earn uncapped commissions and special benefit packages. Strong candidates for this role must have a high school diploma or GED and:
- Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
- Work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Are well organized and pay good attention to detail
- Consider themselves computer / tech-savvy
