The Data Onboarding team handles incoming information for Wilber, performs quality checks, and routinely runs processes and mass updates of files. This includes but is not limited to scanning, routing, and processing incoming mail, faxes, and emails, monitoring directories for critical errors, renewing files with the most current information, and managing requests for paperwork or documentation from other units. This department does not require phone usage. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
