You will be part of a team that recovers money from adverse insurance carriers. Your primary duties will be filing, negotiating, and settling claims against insurance carriers through phone calls, emails, and online portals.

 

This position requires a person with attention to detail, who is great at communication and has a professional and friendly behavior. This is a fully trainable position, with no insurance knowledge required!

We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Accounts Receivable team! Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Bilingual Subrogation Collectors start with a base pay of $19.20 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

 

The Data Onboarding team handles incoming information for Wilber, performs quality checks, and routinely runs processes and mass updates of files. This includes but is not limited to scanning, routing, and processing incoming mail, faxes, and emails, monitoring directories for critical errors, renewing files with the most current information, and managing requests for paperwork or documentation from other units. This department does not require phone usage.. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.

 

Our operations team is searching for ideal team players for our Data Entry - Support Specialist role. If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal phone requirement. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
