WILBER ICE HOUSE

Wilber Ice House was established in 2025 and is the newest addition to the growing list of Wilber campuses. The campus, located in east Bloomington, is the exclusive home to all of our insurance coverage expert (ice) team members, earning it the esteemed name, Ice House. While located further from the city than most other locations, the spectacular views of Illinois's heartland make this location a hidden gem for those who appreciate open skies and quiet surroundings. Although this campus is brand new, it will be exciting to see it grow in the years to come as we continue to test the limits of what can be accomplished through a dedicated team of insurance experts.

1. Where to Park?

The free parking lot is located in front of the building. Feel free to use whatever open spaces are available in the lot. There are handicapped spots available closest to the entrance.

The front entrance is located on the west side of the building along with the main parking lot. The door is located right below the building number sign.

After you enter the main entry at Wilber Ice House, you’ll find an intercom phone you can use to call in. For Interviews, you can let the Wilber team member know and they can help be your guide.

FRONT LINE CLAIMS HANDLER

Our Front-Line Claims team is looking to fill an entry level Front-Line Claims Handler position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position does not require insurance knowledge/experience - we will train you on everything you need to know on how to recover a subrogation claim. You will be part of a team that recovers money from adverse insurance carriers. Your primary duties will be contacting, negotiating, and settling claims against insurance carriers. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, at Wilber, entry level Express Claims Adjusters can earn uncapped commissions and special benefit packages. ENTRY LEVEL COLLECTOR

Our Claims Recovery Team is looking to fill an in-person entry level Collector position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position does not require insurance knowledge / experience – we will train you on everything you need to know! You will be part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims. At Wilber, Collectors are able to earn uncapped commissions and includes our special benefit packages. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time collector position starts with a base pay of $19.00 hourly pay ($21.00 hourly if bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission.
