Wilber Newark was established in 2023 and is the only campus located outside of Illinois. The Newark office is located just outside of Columbus, Ohio and is known for it's fast-paced startup feel. The entire team in Newark is comprised of uninsured motorists collections team members, making it a great place to find camaraderie and grow in your professional development as a collector! This campus is also currently being renovated to make room for additional dedicated Wilber team members. With its energetic environment and expanding footprint, Wilber Newark is an exciting part of our company's continued growth.

1. Where to Park?

The free parking lot is located in front of the building. Feel free to use whatever open spaces are available in the lot. There are handicapped spots available closest to the entrance.

There is a small 'Wilber' sign where you can enter the main lobby of the Wilber Newark building. From there, you can reach the intercom phone to request entry.

After you enter the main entry at Wilber Newark, you’ll find an intercom phone you can use to call in. For Interviews, you can let the Wilber team member know and they can help be your guide.

SUBROGATION COLLECTOR

Our Claims Recovery Team is looking to fill an in-person entry level Collector position in our Newark, Ohio office. This position does not require insurance knowledge / experience – we will train you on everything you need to know! You will be part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims. At Wilber, Collectors are able to earn uncapped commissions and includes our special benefit packages. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time collector position starts with a base pay of $19.00 hourly pay ($21.00/hour if bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission.
