Your main responsibility as a Collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19.00 an hour ($21.00 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. New team members typically reach an average of $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.
