Our Business Development team is looking to fill an in-person Business Development Representative position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position maintains all business needs for our valued clients and their customers and includes documenting all insurance claim-related information. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time position starts with a base pay of $20.00 hourly, a monthly success share bonus, and commission for new business earned.

TRAINABLE INSURANCE COVERAGE INVESTIGATOR

Our ICI team members investigate and document all insurance claim related information. The person in this role strictly requires phone usage for the majority of their tasks and will work directly with our License Suspension team. NORMAL, IL | FULL-TIME | $16.50/HR + MONTHLY COMPANY SHARE | TRAINABLE  Our operations team is searching for ideal team players for our Data Entry Support role. If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal phone requirement. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
