COLLECTION AGENT - TRAINABLE

Your main responsibility as a collector is to take/place calls, negotiate payment, and accurately notate files of conversations had and payments received. This is a fully trainable position, no prior experience needed!

CLAIMS ASSESSOR

Our Front-Line Claims team is looking to fill an entry level Front-Line Adjuster position in our Bloomington, IL office. You will be a part of a team that recovers money from adverse insurance carriers. Your primary duties will be contacting, negotiating, and settling claims against insurance carriers.

If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal phone requirement. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
