Wilber South was established as the company's first secondary campus in 2018, and also happens to be the largest of the four Wilber locations. Our south location houses all of our team members responsible for uninsured motorists collections as well as our Legal, HR, Client Services, Compliance and a contingent of IT team members. In addition to outdoor spaces around the building there is also a walking trail around Angler's Lake Nature Preserve directly behind, making this location an ideal place for those who like to spend time outside and in nature! With its dedicated teams, spacious layout, and proximity to the heart of downtown Bloomington, Wilber South plays a vital role in supporting our company's mission.

1. Where to Park?

Use the entrance closest to the Wilber South sign. Feel free to use whatever open spaces are available in the lot. There are handicapped spots available closest to the entrance.

2. Front Entrance

There is a sign “Main Entry” where you can enter the main lobby of the Wilber South building. From there, you can reach the intercom phone to request entry.

After you enter the Main Entry at Wilber South, you’ll find an intercom phone you can use to call in. For Interviews, you can let the Wilber team member know and they can help be your guide.

COLLECTOR - ENTRY LEVEL

$19/hour + Avg Commission $1,000/mo

Our Claims Recovery Team is looking to fill an in-person entry level Collector position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position does not require insurance knowledge / experience – we will train you on everything you need to know! You will be part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims. At Wilber, Collectors are able to earn uncapped commissions and includes our special benefit packages. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time collector position starts with a base pay of $19.00 hourly pay ($21.00/hour if bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. New team members typically reach an average of $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.

Bilingual Subrogation Collectors start with a base pay of $21.00 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives. New team members typically reach an average of $1,000 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.
