Wilber North was established in 2012 after moving from our original location on El Dorado Drive in Bloomington, and was the last location to house all of our team members in a single building! Our north location houses all of our Support team members and Banking team members as well as a number of our executive leadership and IT teams. Conveniently located only minutes from ISU campus and a number of amazing restaurants, the Wilber North campus is a great place to work and spend time with coworkers. With its strategic location and talented teams, Wilber North continues to be a cornerstone of our company's operations.

1. Where to Park?

Use the parking lot entrance closest to the Wilber North sign. Feel free to use whatever open spaces are available in the lot. There are handicapped spots available closest to the entrance.

2. Front Entrance

There is a “Main Entrance” sign on the window where you can enter the main lobby of the Wilber North building. From there, you can reach the intercom phone to request entry.

After you find the Main Entrance at Wilber North, you’ll find an intercom phone you can use to call in. For Interviews, you can let the Wilber team member know and they can help be your guide.

NORMAL, IL | FULL-TIME | $17.50/HOUR | FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE Our operations team is searching for ideal team players for our Data Entry - Support Specialist role. If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal phone requirement. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
