Our Claims Recovery Team is looking to fill an in-person trainable Collector position in our Bloomington, IL office. This position does not require insurance knowledge / experience – we will train you on everything you need to know! You will be part of a team that takes/places calls to reconcile insurance claims. At Wilber, Collectors are able to earn uncapped commissions and includes our special benefit packages. This position requires a person with attention to detail, great at communication and a professional, friendly behavior. This Full-Time collector position starts with a base pay of $19.00 hourly pay ($21.00/hour if bilingual in Spanish) plus uncapped commission. New team members typically reach an average of $1,100 in commission each month during their first year, actual commissions may vary per person.

Our operations team is searching for ideal team players for our Data Entry - Support Specialist role. If hired, your main goal will be to support our production team in reaching their collection goals through investigating claim files and ensuring proper handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workloads with structured but minimal supervision. This is a full-time, in-office position that is computer-based with minimal phone requirement. Prior insurance knowledge/experience is a plus but not required.
